"Butterfly" Lighter Holder for Bic Disposables

This is a plated-brass lighter holder which held Bic disposable lighters.
The butterfly applique may be silver with I believe crushed turquoise and coral stone wing inserts. - The butterfly was made by a girl my brother knew in high school that also made silver & turquoise jewelry (bracelets, rings, necklaces) and she would get these standard lighter covers and apply personalized appliques to them. - (The lighter inside is a current Bic one)
There is an engraving beneath the butterfly with the initials "M W K" and the date "May 85" - unsure what the date implies (or whose initials) because she gave me this in 1980.
