Hello Nice Vase 10'' tall, 4'' opening no name on there just J9 and 19 writen in pencil,can you please help to identifyi I tried every where cant find nothing on it

It's a George Rumrill design, but not produced by Red Wing. My best guess is that your vase was produced by Florence Pottery, but it might have alternately been produced by Gonder.
Your vase dates circa late 30s to early 40s. Glaze was called "Forest Green". I found the J9 form shown in a 1941 Rumrill catalog.
