      Could be Victorian-- add some additional photographs of the back, bottom and close up of the carving/ castors.

      The Victorian pieces were usually part of a 4-6 piece parlor set: settee, chair/s, rocker.

      Victorian is not in vogue like it used to be and even in it heyday MOST Victorian settees would top out at prices LESS THAN $1,000.

      Looking at the cushion I would say it was a well used "love seat". Gotta love it.

      Victorian is a style, many furniture makers mimicked (and still do) the real Victorian era furniture. Doesn't mean it isn't worth something, but I doubt it's $13,000.
