I have this item and it looks like it has a can opener a bottle opener and then it gets harder it looks like a glass cutter? Any help would be good. Thanks Alan

looks like its part of something and parts are missing ...who knows ...lol any markings on it....?
Looks like it could be a glazier's multi tool.
i just fixed a old cast iron scales your piece looks like the center point that u find on some scales here a link to pic so you know what i mean

Hi people thanks for your help l don't think it has parts missing it has a number 8 stamped and that is all the markings I see.
