All i know about it that it is The C. F. Sauer's Co., Richmond, VA.
They are still in business.

That's pretty cool. I have three of these tins I found in my grandpas workshop. I think mine are earlier though, it has differant graphics, and also has 1900's lithographing. I think this is probably from the 40's or the 50's. Worth 5 bucks for the right collector of tins.
