These are almost 4 inches long and about 1 3/8 inches wide and are machined from a solid block of aluminum with stainless rivets .They were made to fit the fender curve of a 26 x 1 3/8 cruiser bicycle fender . they made by a local toolmaker who is also a former Southern Pacific locomotive engineer
