Signed - which looks like "Tony" to me buy hey we all know it's hard to make out signatures.
Another purchase Tylor (my son) has taken over.
I purchased this about 4yrs ago at what I call a "Mom & Pop" shop, because it was owned by husband and wife.
Tylor started taking all my nautical items and hanging them in his room.
So now when I find them I just give them to him.
To me this doesn't look like the original frame .....in Pic #3 it looks like some one reframed it.....the canvas has nails on one side and staples on the other.
