Old Hand-painted Bauer Water Cooler

I think that this is a Bauer water cooler/dispenser [see the hole near the bottom?]. Bauer bisque ware was often sold and painted by native american people or mexican people and sold on roadsides around the Los Angeles area. I think that this is one from the 20s or 30s. the painting looks like it was really fabulous! based on aztec / mayan designs. i had another piece like this in similar shape before. this isn't signed/marked, but it feels and looks like a piece of painted Bauer ware.
