The title says it all: It's a vintage, Mexican pin. It has a number 3 eagle mark. I do have, however, some problems attributing the pin to the correct maker. Apparently, there are three artists with the same initials and, depending on what one believes, the pin was made by one or another.
I did not clean the pin because I am not going to wear it. Although I find it cute, it is too small for my liking and a bit too colourful. It does, though, make a nice addition to my growing collection of Mexican jewelry.

Efesgirl, thanks for your help. I found some similar pieces that also stated Jeronimo Fuentes as the artist. Someone said it was Jose Frederico, and I think there was yet one more artist named with the same initials. Most pieces state Jeronimo Fuentes as the artist so I think it could be him - but I just don't know for sure:(
