This was passed down in the family, not sure of details but it is definitely Tiffany's diamond brooch with 14 k clasp

From the front, the stones setting is silver, so need to see the back and marks if there is some!

Very nice piece of versatile jewellery!
Just realise it features a 4 leaves clover, you are lucky :-)
For now, I'm no longer sure the setting is silver, it could be 14k white gold.
The brooch mount can be removed by unscrewing, to wear comfortably as a pendant.
