    Can anyone identify this shoulder patch?

    It is purple with one segment in black.

    It has a very fine woven front surface with a black woven border.

    It measures about 2.5 inches from tip to tip and has a shiny, glue-like rear surface.

    It is from my Dad's WWII collection.
