    Howdy!
    I bought these pretty earrings in a lot at Auction in NC.
    I had my local jeweler clean them for me and..get this...put the painted Glass center back in the earring.
    They were held in the setting with CHEWING GUM!
    Now, no chewing gum anywhere.
    The roses painted on the glass center can be seen nicely when the light is shined behind the earring, as I tried to do in the images.
    I'd like to know if anyone has ever seen these types of earrings before?

      Reverse painted intaglio earrings - beautiful! Could be Czech glass. There's a small chance it could also be rock crystal.
