Found this beauty on the internet. Covered in gem stones - around the rim are amethysts and aquamarines, topaz and garnet in the middle with a huge white star sapphire in the center of the brooch. Dates to early 1900's I think. No other marks except the handmade sterling tag. I am thinking it is earlier than the 1930 Deco period as stated in its listing. Arts and Crafts/Nouveau detailing, flowing silver work and flowers would set it a little earlier.
