Bedroom set - Help with history!

I've posted pictures of the dresser and vanity, there is also a bed but I would have had to unmake it to show the detail! It was my grandfathers. No visible markings that I can find on, in, under... except under one of the vanity drawers which I've taken a photo of but it's difficult to read what it says. The craftsmanship of each piece is beautiful. Just wondering if anyone has any information on the type of wood and when this was made. I'd love to know it's history!
