    Found this (NOS) StARR X 7up from the 1950's with box. Made by Brown Manufacturing Co. Newport News, Virginia. Patent 233088-47.
    The box is damage but still nice.

      From what I have learned if the patent date was 1925 that was used from 25 to 1943, after that to the end of USA production in the mid 70s it had the patent 233088 number with made in USA on back after that made in west Germany and then Germany to present.
