    My mother had purchased this at an auction a while ago and unfortunately doesn't recall the finer details of the who, when, what of it. I believe it's mid 1880's but honestly not sure. It works quite well still.

      1880 is a good guess. .. your missing the pull down pully and smoke bell. These can range in price being lately the prices have went up. It's a very nice lamp. And id say a plus is that it's still oil not converted to electric. Oil is worth more. I have 2 in my post if you click on my name. Or if you search the site there are lots of them on here. Usually you can learn the most from oil lamps from the top of the burner. Does it have a name? It looks like it could well be original.

      Look for a B H someplace on the lamp.
      It could be a Bradley Hubbard.

      reminds me of great grandmas kitchen and I am 60 so that is a treasure
