Victorian cased cut velvet satin glass vase - quilted pattern

Another example of "cut velvet" glass, this time with a raised quilted pattern. This Victorian vase is made from cased glass, pink over a white interior, with a satin finish. It measures 16.5 cm tall, 2.2 across the top rim, & 4.5 cm across the base. I shall not speculate on a maker, as this type of glass was produced by various makers.
