1930s Keen Kutter Puzzle Game

This item was only distributed at the Wichita location. This is different than the other puzzle I posted. I believe the object of this puzzle is that you had to move the letters around in the slots and such until they read KEENKUTTER. I believe this was the solution to the puzzle, but I'm not sure. Keen Kutter logo is on the right side of it. As the item shows, you could buy duplicates of the puzzle, but only at the one location.
