I'm guessing these can't be all that old, given their really nice condition. They are 1" diameter. No writing on the back, but I know I have seen that back design somewhere before. Possibly a set of buttons for Civil War reenactor uniforms? Could be a company letter designation, maybe?
Acquired 8/5/2017 in Southeast Michigan.
