    Concrete handled with what appears to be a rubber suction cup on the end. The handle is about six and a half inches long and an impression where a label was possibly attached on the opposite end from the suction cup. Anyone have any ideas as to what this could be? Thank you for any insights! We have a 7 year old detectorist eager to find out! :)

      Looks like a valve lapping tool. Suction cup holds valve while spinning back and forth with hands. Lapping compound is applied between valve and seat. Mine has a wooden handle. Concrete might have been for better grip as the procedure can be oily...
