Need Help Identifying Mid Century Modern Lamp!

Hi all,

I recently acquired this vintage OMI floor lamp and assumed it was Koch and Lowy production. However, when it was time to change the bulb, I was very surprised to see a small IKEA sticker behind the bulb. It says IKEA Made in Denmark, but the head of the swivel has the engraved OMI logo. Can anyone tell me who designed this lamp and/or if IKEA or Koch and Lowy made the lamp? Thank you!!!
