It's a Chinese Ginger Jar type Table Lamp, maybe from the 1950's. It could have been made by lots of different Lamp Makers. Have you taken it apart and looked at the bottom of the Porcelain? If not, there might be a mark, that could help. Here's a similar Butterfly design on a (called) 1950's Chinese Ginger Jar:
