I posted a different plate, and it was suggested it was a Fry glass and a link was provided. I followed the link, and there was a similar plate to this one posted.

It's about 10 1/2" wide. There is wear to it.
Does anyone know for sure who it was made by?

Not Fry, it's another piece of Imperial from ca. 1909. The pattern is called "Diamond Ring" by collectors and also comes in iridescent "carnival" glass.
