One of my favorite jewelry pieces ! I purchased from an antique shop. Cameo/pin brooch,can also wear as a pendant ! It is marked 800.

Beautiful piece! Do you think the 800 mark represents it metal purity? Italy's standards for silver were 800 and 925 from the 30's onwards, and they do seem to have all the best cameo artists!
