47” tall glass vase

Very beautiful glass vase. Stands 47” tall, i believe is hand blown glass. It was given to me by my ex’s Grandmother who has since Passed away. She couldn’t remember where she got it from but she had it for at least 60 years. Im interested in learning more about it but I haven’t had any luck in my searches.
