Heisey Colonial 10 inch bowl with 4 sided stand

This is a Heisey Colonial 10 inch bowl. I have seen the bowls on the internet but when I saw this one it was together with a brass base. The were taped together. I could not find the base on the internet so I went to heisey's site and all I need was if the base had come with it at one time. All they could say was that they could not value it or along those lines. I never asked for that I just wanted to know if the did or not come with a the bowl because I have never seen the bowl with one just the bowl by itself. I am hoping someone who collects Heisey might know. THANK YOU for you time and consideration.
