I would love to know more about Mom´s favorite Blue boy.
In the bottom one can read Pat. APPL´D. FOR, opposite it says SCENE. IN ACTION CORP. CHICAGO
I can´t figure up the blue sign, it has also number 10
My Mom Loves this figure.
The blue boy is one piece the base is another
