Hello I have just rediscovered this vintage glass paperweight, I have no idea how old it is, or who made , looks quite old

In the states Pairpont was the most prolific working with these particularly from the 40's to 60's producing specimens for a lot of companies who needed a glass paperweight for some of their items like the J.B. Hirsch metal foundry. They also excelled at controlled bubbles like your item here.
