    She's 10" tall and heavy....I have NO idea. Thanks for the help with the identifying the carnival lamp. I just moved and have finally been able to set up the office.

      This type of part pressed, part cut glass was popular beginning in the 'teens and going through to the early 1930s. McKee's "Innovation" line consisted of many different designs in this technique. Your vase may be part of that.
