My Favorite Old RickShaw Bicycle

I have this very unique Rickshaw BicycleI purchased this rare old bicycle at an antique store. It looks to be made from metal or pressed steel.
It is hand painted with flowers on wood.
The lady I purchased this bicycle from told me thar her daughter purchased it in England in 1992 the tag on the bottom of the seat states the same.
There are no markings as to who made it, if any one out there knows any thing about this item please inform me with some helpful information. I am just wandering is it a toy or a salesman sample, how old is it. The measurement are 14lx11.5hx5w......
