    This was brought in to the North Chisago MN Historical Society meeting last night, but no one knows what it is.

    Turning the handle causes the smooth platter to spin. There are two stationary arms on either side that each include a roller. Any ideas what it might be, how/where it was used, or the value?

      It looks like an old hand crank facet machine to put a smooth edge on gem stones.
