mystery tv lamp, any info welcome, please

I know virtually nothing about this peculiar jovial little chap! For months I toted him around in a Styrofoam cooler nuzzled securely in the trunk of my car, so if I happened to drive by a shop that looked knowledgeable in such items, I could produce the mystery lamp. No luck. And, I began to get a little weird about it (like feeling guilty "he" had to ride in the trunk!). Lol. Now, I just want to know what the signature is? Have tried all possible letter combos. Anyone? Anyone? Buellar? Buellar? Thanks for letting me post.
