I guess this is a bit more of a show and ask! I recently inherited this lamp from my mom, who inherited it from her mom. It's been in the family for about 60 years now. I love it but I'd like to know more about it. I'm trying to catalogue the stuff I've received so I can pass it on to my daughter someday with information intact.

The lady is lamp is 10" tall, from base to top of the head. It's 13" wide. \

I'm not looking for an appraisal or to sell it. I just really want to know as much about it as possible: where it was made, by whom, when it was made, etc.

    Thanks!

Can I suggest an alternative Italian origin?
      Cacciapuoti is a possibility, imho.

Oh wow, I think you're right! I found one in a different colour and with a dog. I thought it may be Dresden style due to the base. Thanks! I'll keep researching!
