This is a 1978 magazine supplement booklet #13 from the Shell Oil Co. describing Emergency Vehicle Repairs to deal with trouble on the road.
- 8 pages long and part of a numbered "Shell Answer Man" series of supplemental booklets distributed by Shell in the late 1970's via magazines.
Seems like having the Emergency Repair book be #13 would have made some people nervous. ;)
