Antique paper mache candle holder

This is a candle holder that hangs on a wall. The back is stamped with a church and a name ( coover? ca? . Under the picture is another stamp looks to read Lincoln Nebraska.
It is made out of paper and painted except that it has it's original glass insert where the candle is placed. A few flower petals broke off, other wise it is interesting.
