Made in Portugal... At least battery compartment is. Was told it was purchased in Portugal. Solid brass. Use a "c" sized battery. It's 18" high. About 12" wide at base. It has the name regulator in the battery compartment. I find some similar but am wondering if they make just 1 of a variation... Like something handmade would be. Any idea if there are others or when it was made? Does it have a name? Thanks!
Except for having a battery I like it.
