    This was found many years ago by my grandfather and we been trying to identify it but have failed so far. It is silver and about 2cm in diameter. On the back it says "N.D.S.T D.M Brown 28 members 1808

      I am not sure what it is for, but the engraving on the back doesn't look like early 19th century engraving.

      I cannot see the engraving very well-- any chance the actual date is "1908"?
