Does anyone know who this signature belongs to or when this was made or what type of pottery it is?

This is contemporary stoneware pottery, made by a studio potter, and therefore, very difficult to match with a signature.

It's a vegetable steamer. These have been popular items at craft fairs, started appearing on the market in the last 10 years or so.
