Mid Century Convertable Bench Table?

What would you call this piece? In the 60's, I remember this had white vinyl on seat and cushion. The wood square piece of wood, propped up behind this, is third component. The board had white formica originally, but now has no veneer, although it is original board. All pieces are interchangeable.
