heart tiffany, new london conn. Who made these?

I just bought this lamp shade, I'd seen it hanging from rafters, high up in the background of an ad, for a different item for sale. After negotiations, i purchased it at a blessed price and received a blessed second slag glass and lead shade. I loved them from go! After taking them home, i of course had to rewire and check the stability, and I couldn't wait for nightfall to see this in the dark corner. It was worth the wait, and I inspected and found this tag that is soldered on. It says "HEART TIFFANY NEW LONDON CONN." does anyone know of this type of shade? It does have one crystal heart on the entire slag shade, the top of the shade is lead covered, thanks.
