Isn't there a Date of Manufacture stamped on back cardboard like this one?

No date on back. It has 102-203 on the fron lower right corner.
I wouldn't call it rare by any means. Surely made in lower quantities than an English one, but they are out there as the link indicates.
Like the linked one, yours is most likely from the 1980s- 90s time period.
