Pair of Sterling and Guilloche unknown items

Here are two Sterling and Guilloche items 2 3/4" long and 3/4" wide across the top. both have round holes at the small ends. The reverse side reads Sterling with the Webster Co mark with the arrow across the W. the slits at the top may have taken a ribbon or leather strap, but just a guess as i found them in a old sewing box. i found a set on this site but made of copper. i had not signed on and lost the location while logging to this site.
