Mid-Century X handles...

4 drawer dresser with unique "X" drawer pulls, night stand pictured, also have two twin bedframes (headboards, rails & footboards). This furniture was in grandmother's guest room when I was a child (around 1965ish) and it was not new then. I am thinking it is early mid-century. There are not markings to suggest manufacturer or year made. Any help in identifying and valuing would be appreciated.
