This shape of shaker is called "Rubina Bell". Primarily ruby in color and towards the bottom turning to clear. All decorated in similar design and each possess a 2 piece top.
The maker is not known by me, however the silverplate (correct) holder was made by Aurora. The salt & pepper set is scarce but can be found. The sugar shaker is far harder to find in my opinion and is impressive in appearance.
These are quite colorful pieces!
