      looks like a GE 6BQ5, a tube often used in stereo amplifiers. Guessing from the appearance of the glass envelope(dusty), and the box(tab is broken) that this tube is a pull and it needs to be tested to confirm it is a functioning tube. You can look on E-Bay to see what a used , untested grey plate 6BQ5 goes for, I' guessing somewhere south of $6-8. Good luck!!! Bill W9VC
