I just acquired this helmet, but don't know if it's a military helmet. Seller said he received it from his British friend but he didn't say if it the helmet was British. Thanks in advance!

Looking at the Swedish M1926, it does represent the exact match of (6) rivet placements and lack of helmet rim. It was also issued to Norwegians... The chin strap and padding on this example are different though.
