Portrait Of A Siamese Cat by W. Perrott on canvas. Found in a local shop. Cannot find any information on the artist but I love the way that he painted this cat. Any information appreciated.

Update: Just found another painting by the artist (see last photo) on the internet with the following description:

Perrott, William (Unknown, active 20th Century), Cat at Chinese porcelain water bowl, oil on canvas, 16 by 12 inches, in a burl wood frame measuring 21 by 17.5 inches. Provenance Richard Mellon Scaife by gift to current owner.

It must be a local artist since this painting belonged to Richard Mellon Scaife
