Signed Italian Ceramic Figural Tile

I recently Purchased This Item An An Important estate Auction. It is marked on the back of the frame, "Made In Italy" There is a signature on the bottom left, but I cant quite make it out. Does anyone recognize this signature, or the approx date this was made?
