Green Crackle Glass Punch Bowl Set

I've had this set packed up in a box and had been sitting in my garage for the past 10 years and I have just gotten it unpacked for the first time today.
It was a church rummage sale find for 5.00. It still has the price sticker on it as well . I'm debating on donating it back to the church. It is a large green crackle glass on a pedestal and comes with a ladle and 18 cups all on great condition. Any ideas of the age and maker of this set would be appreciated . Thanks in advance.
