Bought this Noritake bowl at Goodwill today. It is marked Noritake Nippon Hand Painted. It is about 8" across and 2" high. There is gold accents and beading throughout the flowers and trim and its unique shape is very eye catching.
From what I can gather, they registered this mark in 1911 but that is as far as I have gotten. I have looked at several patterns that are similar but nothing the same as this and nothing with this same shape.
Does anybody recognize this pattern?
Thanks, thats good to know. I originally passed this by on my first walk through but the second time I decided to pick it up and I noticed all the detail in the gold beading and I knew I had to buy it.
